860 rue Grouard Saint – Leonard, WARNING: Buy/Lease under your own risk.... This is DANGEROUS

Oh dear, it's truly a shame that Frédéric Tremblay and Vittoria Moscato decided to set foot in the once peaceful and charming neighborhood of Saint-Leonard in Montreal. The H1P2M6 postal code used to be a haven of serenity until these two arrived and caused nothing but trouble. They've made it their personal mission to destroy everything in sight, indulging in fighting, screaming, throwing objects at each other, slamming doors, and blasting loud music. And it's not just limited to their own abode, mind you - their rowdy behavior spills out onto the streets for all to witness. But don't worry, every claim made here has been backed up with multiple interviews and documented proof, so rest assured that what's stated is nothing but the truth. And as for privacy concerns, they've already screamed all their dirty laundry out in public, so no need to worry about that either.

Let's not forget about the physical destruction of the property they "bought" - broken glasses, discarded food, alcohol bottles, and damaged fences litter the area thanks to their propensity for drinking, fighting, and insulting their neighbors. And since they're so desperate for money (they've made that abundantly clear by screaming it at each other publicly), they've decided to create a new apartment in the basement. But guess what? It doesn't comply with the legal requirements for a rented space! Oopsie! There are specific regulations for basement apartments in Quebec, and they've neglected to follow them. And if that wasn't enough, they also decided to remove a load-bearing wall during construction, making things even more hazardous.

I can't emphasize enough how important it is to report this illegal basement - after all, if you're renting it, you could be an accomplice to this violation. So don't hesitate to contact the appropriate municipal authority in Montreal, specifically the borough or arrondissement where the property is located, and report all the violations and issues you've observed. And of course, follow up with them to make sure your report has been taken seriously.
